We use Parcelforce and Royal Mail for our deliveries. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. We cannot book a specific date or time for delivery but a card will be left if no one is present with instructions on how to pick-up/arrange re-delivery of your items. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email with a consignment number. To track your order you can input this number at ParcelForce Tracking or Royal Mail Tracking. |

Out of Stock Items | ||
Occasionally our stores may run out of stock before we are able to update the website. Where the items are current and in stock with our suppliers (i.e. not discontinued) we will make every effort to get replenishment stock delivered. This may result in a short delay in the dispatch of your order but you will be contacted by us to inform you of any such delay. |

Returns | ||
If for whatever reason you change your mind and want to return your item(s), please return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The goods must be unused in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in or along with the original packaging. Once we have received the returned item, we then shall refund you via your original method of payment or exchange as required. |

Cancellations | ||
If you wish to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched, please send us an e-mail with ORDER CANCELLATION as the subject line and send to: sinclairscollectables@thesinclairbuilding.com We may on occasion have to cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available, or if there has been a pricing or product description error. We will always notify you via e-mail if we have to cancel your order for any reason, and will provide a full refund. |

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items | ||
In the unfortunate event that there is an error on our part in despatching your order, your goods arrive damaged or they have not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to quickly resolve your issue. |
